5. ❗ No Return After Acceptance
Due to Open Box Delivery and company warranty support:
Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.
Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Replacement will only be considered if:
product is physically damaged and reported at the time of delivery, or
wrong product is delivered (verified case).
Opened or used Ayurvedic products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
