Refund Policy

At MJEMART, we provide Open Box Delivery on applicable products. Customers are required to check the product condition, accessories and physical status at the time of delivery.

Due to open box verification and company warranty support, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement will only be provided if:

  • the product is physically damaged and reported at the time of delivery, or

  • a wrong product has been delivered (verified case).

Products that are used, installed or accepted after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

Opened or used Ayurvedic products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved refunds, if any, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
